Donation requests for fundraisers
To qualify for a ticket donation you must meet the following guidelines:
- Your organization must be raising funds for educational programs in Illinois for children in grades Pre-K through 12.
- Your ticket donation request must be submitted via the online donation form at least two months prior to the date of the fundraising event. *
- Your non-profit organization must have 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. You must enter the Tax Exempt ID number on the online form in order for your request to be considered. **
*The online form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered. Fax, email, letter or phone requests are not accepted. **If you are business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the non-profit organization to complete the donation request form.
