Anne Frank The Exhibition Bus Scholarships

Schools who book their own buses may be eligible for bus reimbursement of up to $1,000 per bus, subject to available funding. Bus reimbursement funds are limited. Reimbursements are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. How it works:

• Submit your field trip request (see link below) and complete this Anne Frank The Exhibition Bus Scholarship application and the Principal Agreement Form.
• Griffin MSI reviews your request and, if approved, provides a visit date for the Museum and Anne Frank The Exhibition.
• Book your bus transportation (unless Griffin MSI is providing bus service).
• Email your bus receipt to [email protected]. Receipts must include: trip date, number of buses and total cost.
• Complete the vendor form sent by Griffin MSI.
• Attend your field trip.
• Following your visit, Griffin MSI will process your reimbursement. A check will be mailed to your school within 2-3 weeks.

• Reimbursement is capped at $1,000 per bus.
• Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Schools must be approved before booking transportation.
• Funding covers transportation, Museum admission, and Anne Frank The Exhibition admission only.
• Funding cannot be used for programs, Giant Dome Theater films, or exhibits or tours with additional charges.
